Maintenance contracts for press brakes and shears
Regular preventive maintenance actions allow to maintain the performance of your machines over time, to control maintenance costs and to reduce machine breakdowns and related costs.
For these reasons, JEAN PERROT not only insist on the importance of carrying out weekly and monthly machine maintenance actions but we also offer our customers annual maintenance contracts (premium & premium 4.0) for press brakes and shears.
PREMIUM MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR PRESS BRAKES
The press brake premium maintenance contract covers unlimited use of the machine during the contract term. It includes:
- Annual maintenance check up (including technician’s work and travel)
- 40 point checklist to control (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, safety)
- Supply and replacement of filters and oil analysis
- Priority access to our hotline for after-sales services
PREMIUM MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR SHEARS
The shear maintenance contract is applied for a unlimited use of the equipment pending the length of the contract. It includes:
- Annual maintenance check up (including technician’s work and travel)
- 30 point checklist to control (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, safety)
- Supply and replacement of filters and oil analysis
- Priority access to our hotline for after-sales services
PREMIUM 4.0 MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Available for press brakes or shears maintenance, our premium 4.0 maintenance contracts include:
- All guarantees of the premium maintenance contract
- All the improvements related to 4.0 technologies that JEAN PERROT developed: augmented reality glasses, customer area on our website where you will find all documents related to your equipment (available soon)
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
For clients who do not wish to subscribe to any maintenance contracts, we also provide preventive maintenance services known as the Retrofit by JEAN PERROT.
