I am the business unit manager

Erick Rousseau is JEAN PERROT business unit manager. He is in charge of defining the main strategic orientations and ensuring their implementation. He is particularly focused on managing international brand development, innovation strategy and day-to-day business.

I am R & D specialist

I design and develop innovative solutions to optimize the performance of our products and to anticipate the needs of our customers. To support me in this mission, I can rely on a team of engineers, on a vast network of technical centers and on numerous academic and industrial partners.

I am sales engineer

I am in charge of maintaining and developing Jean Perrot’s commercial networks. I meet with customers, review their requirements and prepare customized commercial offers that best suit their needs.

I am industrial buyer and project manager

I negotiate component and service purchases with suppliers and subcontractors. I also undertake to develop our network of subcontractors and to identify the innovations of our partners that could be useful to the company and our customers. I am also responsible for the successful completion of projects and for meeting deadlines.

I am integrator

I am in charge of the assembly and commissioning of the equipment onto client premises. I am also an accredited trainer, responsible for operators’ training and I perform machine demonstrations during trade shows.

I am assembler

I set up and adjust the machine in JEAN PERROT’s premises to launch the try-out phase. After the try-out phase success, I disassemble and reassemble the machine on the customer’s premises.

I am technical manager

I control machine design and performances. In particular, I check calculations that define the functions and capacities of our machines.

I am after-sales service technician

I support our customers in case of problems & breakdowns. I also help clients to optimize the performance of their machines & lines and I train their operators. My services include: online support, on-site interventions, repairs, training, retrofit, compliance and preventive maintenance.

Engineering

Our teams are also supported by Pinette industrial engineers who are specialized in mechanical engineering, hydraulics, robotics, industrial IT , tooling, automation & thermal engineering.
